Admission Procedure

The admission process at Arunai Paramedical College is transparent, merit-based, and follows the norms set by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Application Form

  • Application forms and prospectus can be obtained in person from the college administrative office by paying a non-refundable fee.
  • Alternatively, students may download or request the form online (if applicable).

Counselling / Interview

  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and personal counselling at the college.
  • Seat allotment will be based on merit and availability.

Merit Screening

  • Applications will be screened based on eligibility and marks obtained in qualifying examinations.
  • A merit list will be prepared for each course, and shortlisted candidates will be informed via call, SMS, or official notification.

Submission of Application

  • Duly filled application forms should be submitted within the notified timeline, either in person or by post, along with all necessary enclosures.

Admission Confirmation

  • Once selected, candidates must confirm their admission by submitting the original certificates and paying the prescribed tuition fee.

University Enrollment

  • The final admission is subject to approval by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and students will be enrolled upon university registration.

Documents Required

Candidates must submit three attested photocopies of each document listed below, along with the original certificates at the time of admission. Originals will be returned after verification.

Mandatory Documents

  • SSLC (10th) Mark Sheet
  • HSC (12th) Mark Sheet
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last studied institution
  • Community Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
  • Blood Group Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Recent Passport Size Colour Photographs – 10 copies (white background)
  • Stamp Size Colour Photographs – 10 copies

If applicable

  • Migration Certificate (for students from other states or boards)
  • Aadhar Card Copy
  • Certificate of Differently Abled (if claiming reservation)
  • Eligibility Certificate from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (for lateral entry or NRI students)

Note

  • All admissions are provisional and subject to final approval from the University.
  • Parent/guardian must accompany the candidate during admission for formal declaration and verification.
